Hi, guys —

  • Can a religious Catholic woman who gets civilly married to a Muslim man receive Holy Communion?
  • If she can, how? and if she can't, why, and how does she go about being able to receive Holy Communion?

Bob replied:

She would have to have the husband agree to raise the children as Catholic and get the marriage blessed in the Catholic Church.

Talk to a priest about the details.
