Hi, guys —

I just wanted to know if I could listen to subliminals, to be more specific, body subliminals.

For the past months I have been constantly struggling about my body image and sometimes my mind is not right and focused on losing weight.

  • I have heard that body subliminals makes your mind more clear about losing weight and I want to know if it is a sin to listen to them?

Thank you,

Bob replied:

Dear friend,

It is not a sin provided they don't lead you to sin. Becoming healthier by losing weight is not a sin so you are fine.
